WANDER AIMLESSLY. CREATE WITH PURPOSE.

WANDER AIMLESSLY:

Nobody likes being lost. Nobody likes uncertainty. Nobody likes a flake.

Unfortunately, these are terms and traits that come to mind when associated with the words “wander'“ and “aimless.”

We think of people who are directionless, disconnected, or Irreverent.

What’s that missing ingredient that turns wandering from a lost, negative connotation, to an exploratory one?

I believe that ingredient is intent.

When we wander with intent, we are reaching and searching for meaning and connection.

When we allow ourselves to wander, we allow ourselves to find something out of the most aimless, seemingly random places.

We begin to explore without fear and to embrace the unknown.

To be aimless is to be open-minded.

CREATE WITH PURPOSE:

Creativity is intentional. It’s a belief that you can offer something; whether that something is tangible or an idea.

Forge your own meaning into the things you create,

Whether these things are for you, others, or for you to help others.

Through that you will make the connections that have value.

In turn, that creates purpose.

When we let our minds wander, we allow ourselves to be in a state of constant questioning - of constant growth. When we wander aimlessly with intent we gain the knowledge and momentum needed to create something with purpose.

What will that be?

I guess that’s your creative odyssey.
